On Air TV Planner is our scheduling software for TV stations. With the help of our flexible TV planner you can automate the planning process of your playlist.

On Air TV Planner cannot only plan your playlist but is also capable of filling up your playlist until a news bulletin or something similar.

Planning series

On Air TV Planner is capable of planning series. You define when the first episode should be broadcasted, how many episode will be broadcasted, with which frequency they should be planned and when they should be repeated (if necessary).

Multiple stations and localised editions

With On Air TV Planner it is possible to provide different stations with a playlist. Moreover On Air TV is capable of planning localized editions. Editions mean the broadcasting of regional commercials, promo's, news or weather forecasts to different regions.

Planning commercial breaks during movies

With our integrated “break scheduler” you can easily cut longer items like movies to smaller parts, so you have the possibility to plan commercials between those parts. The “break scheduler” is also capable of adding cue points.

Playlist generator

The playlist generator creates the playlist which contains the planned items. It is also possible to make changes in the playlist manually.

Scheduling Rules

With the use of scheduling rules you can manage all the rules that define your playlist. The rules are elaborate en flexible so you can create playlists, which are adjustable to your wishes.

Library

The library has advanced features for the storing of information about the items. With the help of quick search fields or advanced filters, items are easily found. To each item which is save in the library you can add a huge number of characteristics. Besides looking up those characteristics you have the possibility to watch the item or edit it. In addition to the standard characteristics it is also possible to add self-created characteristics to each item.
