Presto TV

Presto TV is our flexible and versatile planner, which helps you schedule your commercials. Presto TV enables you to easily manage your customers advertising campaigns. Multiple spots and reminders from a campaign are precisely scheduled and can be adapted at any time.

Account management

Account management allows you to control the data in your accounts. The account screen is the central storage for all your customers and their campaigns. Each account can have multiple campaigns and all campaigns can be broadcasted on multiple stations. To help you manage your campaigns, you can add various reminders and rules.

Wizard

The wizard tool makes it easy to quickly set up a new campaign. In only a few steps the basic data for your new campaign is added to the database. This includes rules, reminders, scheduling dates, campaign length etc.

Planner

The planning screen allows you to schedule and alter campaigns. With the filter you can look up every schedule from any edition you have in your database. You can schedule your campaign per day, hour and block and add a start- and end date. You can adjust your campaign at any time. Presto is able to generate an ascii-file on request. This file contains the schedule for that particular day. You can determine how the contents of the ascii-file are build so the schedule can be imported in any type of broadcast automation software.

Reports

This function will help you generate essential reports. You can request all the information about accounts, campaign and commercials.

Scheduling Rules

The scheduling rules are basically used to set the rules to which the commercial scheme has to comply. Presto will take into account every demand your advertisers can have, like separating companies from the same branch, separating mother-daughter companies, different sports for different weeks, rotation of different spots during one campaign and many more functions The large number of features allows you to direct the playlist towards your audience and thus increase your listenership and advertising revenue.

Commercial Tracker

The Commercial Tracker is a Presto add-on. It displays the complete broadcasting schedule of commercials to television- and radio station clients using a generic web interface. You can provide your advertisers with an account, so they can keep track of the broadcasting schedule using the Internet.
